About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated college student to join our team as a Marketing & Operations Intern. You’ll help organize client portals, support our internal brand marketing, and assist with documenting processes and operations.

Responsibilities:
Agency & Client Support (50%)
Assist in maintaining client portals in Notion (updating calendars, uploading content, organizing assets).
Help draft and format content ideas, captions, or graphics inside Notion portals for review.
Support the agency’s brand marketing: research trends, brainstorm content ideas, and prep posts for our social channels.
Assist with basic reporting prep: gather analytics data (provided by team), format into Notion templates.
Organization & Operations (50%)
Keep Notion databases and Google Drive folders organized (assets, reports, calendars).
Draft SOPs (step-by-step guides) based on Loom videos or team instructions, building our agency playbook.
Take notes in internal meetings and update project dashboards in Notion.
Research competitor activity or best practices to support client strategies.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a college program (marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred).
Strong writing and organizational skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Comfortable with Notion (or eager to learn quickly).
Experience with Canva is a plus for creating simple graphics.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and keen to learn about digital marketing and agency operations.
